a meat goat.  Dairy goats  breed in the fall when the days get cold and daylight is short.  They have a 5 month gestation and deliver in early Spring.  Our girls are due the end of March and the first of April.   Did you ever wonder why we have goatees?  Well, bucks pee on themselves to attract the does, their goatee acts like a sponge.  This is perfectly natural and only lasts a few weeks or until we give them a vinegar bath.  They just don’t understand why we (people) don’t want the love them up.   Hey guys,  may want to rethink your facial hair!
